The production plant of the international manufacturer of chimneys and ventilation systems - Schiedel. The new factory will be located in Okup Wielki.

The area of the production building including an office and welfare part will be approximately 11 000 m2. The design of the factory allows potential future expansion. Ultimately, the plant will offer over 200 new jobs.
There will be a Loading Systems wheel locking system at the loading gates. In addition, the establishment of the plant will increase the safety of residents of the neighborhood providing the only fire water tank (288 m3) available in the area.
