Speeding up the construction process

Gleeds provided project and cost services on the construction of a new 10,400 m2 production hall, which included an extension to the current administrative building and parking facilities.

Time scheduling and risk management were essential in this process, as Gleeds optimised the current working strategies and maximised the speed of construction with emphasis on the elimination of possible errors, by providing technical supervision on site for the instalment of new technologies.
