Gleeds’ in-house sustainability advisor in the Ukraine, Tetiana Kanashchuk, has been licensed under the BREEAM International New Construction 2016 scheme and listed on Greenbooklive, the online reference database of environmental services and products recognised by BRE Global.

BREEAM is the world’s foremost environmental assessment method and rating system with over 500,000 buildings certified and over two millions registered for assessment in 81 countries.Three buildings are currently BREEAM certified in Ukraine - two in Lviv (an office building and a shopping centre) and one in Kyiv (an office building).  Several further schemes are awaiting certification at present.
